Living in the 'country' part of Miami on acreage is wonderful for our animals. Unfortunately, it is also a 'dumping' area for unwanted dogs. The pet overpopulation in Dade County has caused it to be #1 in the nation for euthanasia in our shelters.

We try to rescue and rehabilitate strays as often as we can. We always have some nice dogs anxiously waiting for a home of their own.
